The TD comprises of the documents for the DBA mandatory for installation, maintenance, backup, etc. It comes with a description of the main modules of the program, as well as with comprehensively commented source code, which allows for easy maintenance of the code.

The documents that resulted from the design and anlysis phases of the project, e.g. the description of the database in an entity relationship diagram, are also part of the TD.

user manuals

The user manuals usually are generated while the project proceeds, so that a description of the modules is available at any time within the project.

The writing of the manual is done by a person not involved in the development of the software. Thus, he or she can better adapt to the view of the end user. This gives the user a most convenient start into working with our application.

short instructions

Short instructions are meant for persons who only use special functions of the software or only use it occasionally.

They describe on one page how to run this function most effeciently and fast.
